The book we have created focuses on a child named Walter, whose mom is an organizational psychologist. It is career day at Walter’s school, and he is nervous because he, like most people, has no idea what his mother does. Through this simple story we use relatable examples and engaging illustrations to communicate what an organizational psychologist does to audiences of all ages.​
